Dirty floors everywhere.

The location was convenient for my travel plans.

Unfortunately, my stay was filled with issues. The check-in process took an excessively long time as there were no staff present. The room was in a poor condition, with a strong cigarette smoke odor that made it impossible to stay comfortably. I was quite disappointed as I expected a better experience, especially considering the circumstances under which I arrived.

amazing access to parks and dining options nearby

I truly enjoyed my stay thanks to the short walks to both Victoria Park and a variety of great dining like Pad Thai Restaurant, making my city explorations quite delightful. Charles at the front desk provided outstanding service, welcoming us like we were at home and handling everything with ease, which made my travels feel even more special.

the room smelled like stale smoke (not great). but the kitchenette was super handy to cook meals, and the staff helped out with any issues. Lots of parking available.

We had a nice stay, especially enjoying the nearby Toyota Music Factory for some great live music. The staff was friendly and made our check-in seamless, making the experience easy for our family with one child.

My kids wished for more activities for families. A pool would have been a great improvement for keeping them entertained.
